"As 2025 comes to an end, I look back on a year filled with so many opportunities, both personally and professionally. The opportunity to represent IAS in South Korea at the headquarters of Doosan Robotics along with my family early in the year was certainly a highlight for me in both categories. The trip was made possible with help from my amazing coworkers, incredible manufacturer partner support, and of course our manufacturing community that is strongly embracing robotic technology.

Our Systems Group continues to see outstanding growth and opportunities due to the efforts of our shop staff. They are the number one reason why we continue to grow as we have. We are also extremely grateful for our customers who recognize the value of our services and the partnerships we continue to develop. We certainly have a vested interest in the success of each and every one of our customers’ projects.

We are also very proud to have welcomed several interns from the University of Maine, University of Southern Maine, Southern Maine Community College and Roger Williams University over the summer. Without their efforts, we would not have been able to keep up with the production schedules we were challenged with. Their contributions have far exceeded my expectations.

As we begin 2026, I am confident that the opportunities and successes ahead of us will surpass anything that I would have ever imagined when I joined the IAS team 9 short years ago.
